Where we ship

We ship to Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia.

Shipping costs

Every order is sent with tracked shipping.

• Italy, Germany, France, Netherlands: €4.90, free on orders from €49.
• United Kingdom and United States: €5.90, free on orders from €55.
• Australia: €8.90, free on orders from €79.

At checkout, costs and thresholds are shown in your local currency. The exact shipping cost of your order is always shown before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number so you can follow the parcel.

Orders with more than one product

Products may ship from different warehouses: an order with several products can arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. You pay shipping only once, as shown at checkout.

Duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes depend on the rules of the destination country.

Questions about a delivery

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your parcel has not arrived, write to us through the contact form or at brotherseverino@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.
